Payment via bank transfer
With a bank transfer, you transfer a sum of money from one account to another. Wire transfers are mainly used to pay invoices.
When you receive an invoice, it usually includes a transfer form. Is that not the case? Then you will receive at least the following information needed to make a transfer:
- the name of the company/organisation
- the account number of the company/organisation
The transfer form often also contains a structured communication. Be sure to include it when you make the transfer. You can easily enter all the data via digital banking.
By this we mean banking via your computer, tablet or smartphone.
Another possibility is to complete the paper (red) form and return it signed to your bank. Please note: some banks charge a fee for manual processing.
