War in Ukraine: are you an entrepreneur? Talk to your bank in time
The war in Ukraine is causing immeasurable pain and grief to many innocent citizens. The dramatic events at the edge of the European Union are felt as far away as Belgium: the prices of electricity, gas, petrol, diesel and other raw materials are at an all-time high. A number of raw materials and products are also less readily available. It is impossible to predict what the future will bring, but the current state of affairs and the lack of concrete prospects undeniably cause anxiety and uncertainty.
Are you an entrepreneur, and do you have questions about your financial situation? Are you experiencing problems now, or do you fear difficulties in the future? Then contact your bank as soon as possible and share your concerns. The banks are ready to discuss the circumstances with you and go through all possible options to find a solution.
Even if your business is not experiencing problems yet, it is important to stay in touch with your bank. That way, in case of unforeseen events, you will be prepared for any issues that may affect your ability to repay. The earlier you contact the bank, the better the chance of a timely solution that suits your situation and your business.
Your banker will work with you to identify your financing needs and see what is possible. Read our leaflet for more information on solutions tailored to your specific situation.
